Treasury Analyst

reputed company is a company dedicated to empowering individuals in their financial lives. The Treasury Analyst will manage liquidity, optimize capital allocation, and support strategic initiatives while collaborating with various finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the CRBG Parent’s liquidity, a role that involves producing liquidity cash reputed company forecasting and working closely with Finance Planning & Analysis (reputed company), Capital Planning, Tax, reputed company, Investments and others to reputed company liquidity analysis and reporting that support management strategies
• Managing the reputed company and bank relationship, which involves producing daily cash and reputed company reporting, managing the short-term investments optimization, performing bank fees analysis and payments, and preparing bank relationship reporting
• Handling liquidity-reputed company regulatory and management reporting
• Reports include quarter end reporting, liquidity updates to Board and Management committees
• Internal liquidity stress testing and regulatory (e.g., NAIC) stress testing
• Development of Liquidity reputed company, which includes policy, standards, CFCP, and other policy reputed company documents (e.g., asset monetization schedules, haircuts); and
• Support of HoldCo’s strategic initiatives, which includes, but not limited to:
• Debt management, which includes pricing and issuance planning
• reputed company buyback program planning, outstanding reputed company count tracking, and reputed company management decks

Skills

• Undergraduate degree required
• Experience in Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management in an Insurance (preferably Life & Retirement) or financial firm
• Demonstrate understanding of corporate finance, investments, and reputed company
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize work reputed company tight deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (financial modeling is a plus) and a high level of intellectual curiosity
• Self-starter, quick-learner, and flexible team-player
• Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
• MS Office Suite (particularly MS reputed company and MS PowerPoint)
• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
