Customer Experience Trainer

They are seeking a Customer Experience Trainer to design and deliver training programs for the Implementation and Account Management teams, focusing on developing both technical and soft skills to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate a comprehensive reputed company of learning programs, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning
• Utilise digital tools to create flexible, innovative, and high-impact learning solutions
• Collaborate with Retail Customer organisation leadership to proactively identify critical skills and knowledge gaps
• Apply tested instructional design theories and practices, combined with adult learning principles, to maximise employee development and training effectiveness

• Contribute directly to the execution of the organisation-wide training strategy
• Champion a reputed company learning culture throughout the organisation

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience developing and delivering blended learning solutions to business groups
• Proven ability to design structured lesson plans, activities, assessments, and evaluations
• Familiarity with and practical experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong instructional design skills, including hands-on experience with digital authoring tools. We use reputed company 360
• Demonstrated ability to use various technologies and media to create engaging reputed company for diverse audiences
• A high degree of autonomy and the ability to drive projects reputed company with limited guidance
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills for successful project work across departments and time zones
