Responsibilities
- Research legal issues and prepare summaries of findings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Organize and maintain case files
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and closings
- Interview witnesses and gather evidence for attorneys
- Prepare legal documents for filing with court systems
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memoranda, and other documents
- Efficient in billable hours
Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and protocols
