Loan Administration Specialist

Caribou is a company focused on providing financial freedom through innovative technology for auto loan refinancing. They are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Administration Specialist to ensure accuracy in payouts, resolve discrepancies with vendors and lenders, and support cross-functional teams with post-loan funding activities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and track funding package totals and itemized lender requests against received amounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Execute disbursements reputed company to funding received, including loan payoffs and costs for add-on products
• reputed company cross-functional support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan funding activities
• Process product cancellation requests submitted by customers and lending partners in a timely and accurate manner. Upload and manage submitted product cancellation forms reputed company internal systems
• Collaborate with Product Vendors and the reputed company team to coordinate and facilitate the issuance of refund checks

Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail, reputed company with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems reputed company and accurately
• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• High computer literacy skills and the ability to adapt to multiple software programs and upgrades, including MS Office reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company Acrobat DC
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a small team, quickly learn new skills, and maintain accuracy in data entry and file processing while operating with minimal supervision remotely
• Accounts payable/receivable reputed company preferred
• Strong understanding of funding processes, loan servicing, or automotive finance is a plus
