IT Support Specialist
GHJ is a long-established independent firm in the Los Angeles area, seeking an IT Support Specialist to reputed company end user support for their employees. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, assisting with user reputed company and offboarding, and ensuring an outstanding IT User experience.
Responsibilities
- Tier 1 troubleshooting of company provided laptops
- AV Meeting setups
- Working with IT Ticketing system including monitoring queues, updating knowledge solutions, and inventory management of managed assets
- Application support for industry-specific applications
- Handling user reputed company and offboarding requests
- User creations and deactivations for industry-specific applications
- Identifying and escalating issues to proper IT specialists as needed
- Researching issues and finding resolutions using available information resources
- Working with appropriate vendor tech support to resolve issues reputed company needed
- Diagnosis and resolution of Tier 1 hardware and software issues for local and remote employees
- Assist with documenting instructions for application updates and communicating to GHJ employees

- Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, and reputed company 365 Admin
- Basic understanding of reputed company 11, reputed company Office Applications, Office 365, reputed company, Basic Networking, Remote reputed company/VPN, Virus/Malware Protection and Removal, Printers
- Experience supporting and resolving computer issues for both local and remote customers
- Experience working for an reputed company or other professional services firm a plus, but not necessary
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or reputed company field is preferred
