The Product Group Hardware Governance Systems Analyst will serve as the first reputed company of contact for users regarding asset management processes and tools, contributing to hardware lifecycle governance and support across reputed company's product groups.
Responsibilities
- reputed company 1st level support for users with questions reputed company to Service Now (reputed company Product's Pre-Production Hardware system of record) and inventory tracking business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs escalated from users; partner with IT on required development work

- Document and deliver training to end users
Skills
- Associate degree in STEM or any reputed company field
- Candidate must have reputed company experience

- Experience in an IT or equivalent system or customer support role
