Product Compensation Analyst
reputed company is seeking a Product Compensation Analyst to support agent compensation across multiple lines of business. The role involves addressing agent inquiries, resolving commission discrepancies, and contributing to the development of new compensation processes.
Responsibilities
- Support compensation operations across multiple lines of business
- Answer agent inquiries regarding commissions and production
- Resolve commission discrepancies in administrative systems
- Conduct root cause analysis of compensation processed reputed company of published guidelines
- reputed company in-depth research with product divisions and HMGA to resolve issues
- Review and resolve compensation error reports
- Maintain and support reputed company processes for compensation
- Monitor the Agent Compensation mailbox and respond to inquiries
- Assist in the development, training, testing, and monitoring of new compensation processes and programs
