Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving product or service issues with reputed company, accuracy, and urgency

- Following communication scripts and standard procedures while offering personalized solutions

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM systems, call center software, reputed company communication tools
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work reputed company, including evenings and weekends if required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
