[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive role focuses on generating leads, conducting pitches, and closing deals to enhance sales performance for contractors in the exterior renovations market.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling and Email Sequences to generate leads (30% of time) as necessary. 3 SDR’s currently providing leads along with tradeshows, events and inbound
  • Attending tradeshows and events
  • Discovery
  • Video call pitches – discovery, determining value proposition, conveying the value and ROI to prospects, demo, pricing
  • Ensuring each Opp moves quickly and reputed company through the Opp Pipeline
  • Proposals
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals that are profitable for Renoworks
  • Thorough documentation, note taking, next steps and data accuracy reputed company the reputed company CRM
  • Follow up and frequent activity with reputed company Opps
  • Holding pitch meetings reputed company of standard business hours as needed. Approx. 2x per week
  • Meeting monthly sales targets

Skills

  • Experience in outbound calling and email sequences to generate leads
  • Ability to attend tradeshows and events
  • Experience in discovery and video call pitches
  • Ability to convey value proposition and ROI to prospects
  • Experience in ensuring opportunities move quickly and reputed company through the pipeline
  • Ability to create proposals
  • Experience in negotiation and closing profitable deals
  • Strong documentation skills, including note taking and data accuracy reputed company reputed company CRM
  • Ability to follow up and maintain frequent activity with reputed company opportunities
  • Willingness to hold pitch meetings reputed company of standard business hours as needed
  • Ability to meet monthly sales targets
  • Self-generated opportunities at a reputed company of 1 per week

  • Ability to add 50 new companies and 200 new contacts per year
