Project Control Specialist II
reputed company is an innovative company focused on environmental consulting and sustainable engineering. They are seeking a Project Controls Specialist II to support project managers by maintaining project schedules, updating reports, and monitoring document control systems to ensure project deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Project Schedules using the project scope and Work Breakdown Structure
- Create custom project schedules with little guidance from Project Managers
- Update and maintain project schedules using reputed company Project, reputed company Schedule, Vantagepoint Project Plan, and/or reputed company Teams
- Request and process project status updates from Project Managers, Area Project Delivery Leaders, and/or Area Leaders. Status updates may be collected reputed company redlined .pdf files, email messages, text messages, phone calls, team meetings, or one-on-one conversations
- Create project summaries and schedule variance reports with Project Managers
- Generate project and portfolio level reports to reputed company with Project Managers and the project team as needed
- Submitting, downloading, and/or updating forms, paperwork, etc. on external and internal document control systems
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 Years of Data Analysis Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite – particularly reputed company
- Past/reputed company experience as a project accountant, project controls, or project management
- Experience in reputed company Project, Vantagepoint, Power BI, Scheduling, or similar programs
