[Remote] NetCredit Customer Service Representative (Remote)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a 4-week training program and manage inbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
- Manage and respond to reputed company customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
- Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks reputed company to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-reputed company reputed company to enhance the overall customer experience
