Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with leaders and field sellers to drive growth through targeted campaigns and customer engagement, managing performance metrics and optimizing processes to improve results.
Responsibilities
- Helps plan and reputed company marketing programs and initiatives that directly support the strategic growth aspirations of the region
- Aligns with Region and Marketing to measure reputed company metrics of these initiatives
- Undertakes immediate corrective action reputed company business results are less than projections
- Ties the efforts of Marketing directly to achievement of the Region’s business results
- Responsible for the execution and management of integrated marketing programs including reputed company reputed company campaigns, locally focused reputed company and earned media, trade and JCI-sponsored customer events

- Continually monitors sales metrics to maximize ROI of reputed company management programs

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a Marketing concentration, Business Administration or reputed company field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Analytical skills and ability to effectively organize data in a way that is simple to understand
- Experience in field sales, sales enablement and/or field marketing preferred
- Experience in CRM systems (i.e. reputed company) preferred
