As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with leaders and field sellers to drive growth through targeted campaigns and customer engagement, managing performance metrics and optimizing processes to improve results.

Responsibilities

  • Helps plan and reputed company marketing programs and initiatives that directly support the strategic growth aspirations of the region
  • Aligns with Region and Marketing to measure reputed company metrics of these initiatives
  • Undertakes immediate corrective action reputed company business results are less than projections
  • Ties the efforts of Marketing directly to achievement of the Region’s business results
  • Responsible for the execution and management of integrated marketing programs including reputed company reputed company campaigns, locally focused reputed company and earned media, trade and JCI-sponsored customer events

  • Continually monitors sales metrics to maximize ROI of reputed company management programs

  • Learns and supports the full sales process used in our business, from reputed company reputed company to closing deals
  • Has experience working with a B2B field organization and can converse fluidly across the organizational reputed company from sales professionals to executive business leaders with ease

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business with a Marketing concentration, Business Administration or reputed company field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Analytical skills and ability to effectively organize data in a way that is simple to understand
  • Experience in field sales, sales enablement and/or field marketing preferred
  • Experience in CRM systems (i.e. reputed company) preferred
