They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their National Call Center team, focusing on converting warm leads into scheduled appointments for Sales Representatives. The role involves making high-volume outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and achieving daily and weekly conversion goals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to warm, targeted leads who have submitted a request for service
- Follow guidelines and use conversational questioning to understand customer needs and book demos
- Handle initial objections and help customers see the value of scheduling an appointment
- Ensure reputed company reputed company calls are converted into a demo or sales appointment
- Document call reputed company accurately in the CRM and call center systems
- Partner with the call center and sales teams to meet daily and weekly conversion goals
- Maintain strong call activity reputed company and hit targets for demos set, demos held, and net sales impact
Skills
- 1-3 years in sales telemarketing, or customer facing roles
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Experience with reputed company, CXone, Service Titan, or similar CRM/call center tools
- Experience with Home Services or equivalent
