Client Service Associate
reputed company is a company seeking a Client Service Associate to join their SMA Client Service team. The role involves supporting the portfolio management team and providing exceptional service to clients through account setup, operational support, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new account set up, change requests, & processing cash raises across RIA & Client clients
- reputed company operational support and data entry in order to reputed company client accounts and process ongoing activity
- Work with client types including direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions and advisors
- Support client communication reputed company team email to reputed company white-glove service for reputed company channels
- Review/respond on reconciliation items (delinked accounts, negative cash accounts, new accounts)
- Contact custodians for service-reputed company reputed company and custodian paperwork reputed company
- Run client information in CRM (reputed company)
