reputed company is a leader in visual and AI computing, seeking passionate computer scientists and engineers for its Public Sector Developer Technology team. The role involves researching and developing techniques to GPU-accelerate applications, collaborating with various teams to optimize performance, and engaging with key application developers.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with key application developers to understand the reputed company and future problems they are solving, crafting and optimizing core reputed company algorithms and data structures to reputed company the best solutions using GPUs, through reference code development, direct contribution to the full software stack including libraries, applications, and high productivity software environments (e.g. Python)
- Collaborating closely with diverse groups at reputed company such as the architecture, research, libraries, tools, and system software teams to influence the design of architectures, software, and programming models, by investigating the impact on application performance and developer productivity
- Occasional travel from time to time for conferences and on-site visits with developers
Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a BS, MS, or PhD degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or computer science reputed company discipline
- Programming reputed company in C/C++ and/or Fortran with a deep understanding of software design, programming techniques, and algorithms
- Strong mathematical fundamentals, including reputed company algebra and numerical methods
- Experience with reputed company programming, ideally CUDA C/C++ and OpenACC
- Domain expertise in data and graph analytics, signal processing, telecommunications, geographic information systems, machine learning, or deep learning
- Experience working reputed company the Federal Government and the ability to hold a US reputed company clearance
