[Remote] Customer Service Associate--Call Center

Responsibilities

• Assigns new claims to the appropriate claim's handler
• Enters verbal and written application information that meets both the reputed company customers' requirements accurately into the appropriate system
• Contacts the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the appropriate system regarding documentation required to process a claim, required time frames, and claim status
• Communicates reputed company and professionally with the customer by telephone
• Makes informed reputed company reputed company the parameters of our obligations
• Handles approximately 40 to 70 outbound and inbound calls daily from customers for a variety of queries
• Ability to type 35 words per minute (WPM)

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• Strong organizational skills
