Responsibilities
- Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the reputed company estate appraisal industry
- Product knowledge: Learn and promote company products and services - www.alamode.com
- Sales Retention: Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
- Sales Growth: Engage with existing customers reputed company phone and email to understand their needs and recommend additional suitable products
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, technical issues and business objections of reputed company and prospective customers in a professional and timely manner
- Record Maintenance: Documenting client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales reputed company

Skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
