HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting the administration of reputed company HCM, focusing on data accuracy, user support, and collaboration with various teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 support for reputed company inquiries from employees, field leaders, and internal departments
• Partner with HR (Compensation, Benefits, reputed company, Talent, Learning), Payroll, IT, and field teams to resolve issues reputed company reputed company
• Research and troubleshoot issues and own the timeliness of resolutions, document solutions and reputed company end-users with direction on resolving day-to-day issues, and escalate reputed company problems as needed

• Process mass data updates using EIBs (e.g., new club setup). Import or data enter mass changes for various business initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years HRIS, analysis, or troubleshooting experience; retail experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions
• Proven ability to research and resolve issues, with strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and process improvement
