G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. is hiring a reputed company Manager responsible for supporting local offices in various HR functions. The role includes employee reputed company, reputed company, training, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative management: Administer leaves of absence, FMLA, PTO, etc.; Employee and/or Labor Relations activity, disciplinary actions; Implementing Customer transitions; Workers Comp management; Unemployment claims management, and employee records changes in HRIS; benefits administration
  • E-QIP Process management: Initiate, submit, and track background packets including supplemental and acknowledgement forms
  • Affirmative Action Program for Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans compliance and planning; reputed company of reputed company reputed company, selection, and placement processes; reputed company and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Workforce management: reputed company recruitment process and ensure development of job descriptions to meet the needs of the operation; work with managers to ensure they maximize reputed company opportunities and use reputed company tools available for employee retention and development; ensure that managers are reputed company in Performance Management with their employees and reputed company guidance and coaching as needed
  • Quality management: Monitor and track candidates received, interviewed, and hired against reputed company positions; ensure reputed company reputed company requirements are met to ensure G4S and client contract compliance; ensure compliance with company reputed company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws; ensure overall contract compliance regarding employee basic and preferred qualifications, screening, training, and licensing; create internal audit process to locate shortcomings and reputed company and implement procedures to resolve deficiencies
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on staffing requirements, new hire availability, qualifications, and reputed company/future demand
  • Schedule new hire and annual employee training
  • Take complaints concerning discrimination, sexual harassment, and workplace harassment; reputed company and/or assist with investigations; reputed company guidance and support for supervision concerning employee relations and disciplinary action

Skills

  • Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor's Degree combined with one (1) year of reputed company experience, Associate's Degree combined with three (3) years of reputed company experience, High School diploma or equivalent combined with five (5) years of reputed company experience
  • Prior work experience conducting applicant sourcing, interviewing job applicants, and conducting employee reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
  • Prior work experience with employee relations, development, and engagement as well as policy implementation and interpretation
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and civil rights legislation
  • Work history must include: Demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration
  • Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Sound understanding of personnel and compliance records management
  • Sound understanding of policy interpretation and implementation
  • Consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership
  • Ability to manage the performance review process and assist other management positions in completing performance reviews
  • Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
