[Remote] Web Content Publishing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance our CMS (reputed company/Makeswift) architecture, operations and administration - managing reputed company publishing workflows, QA processes, permissions, taxonomies, content models, content governance and documentation
• Responsible for the content publishing lifecycle - From idea/request to final implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring initiatives are reputed company defined, strategically reputed company and executed accurately in line with web best practices, brand guidelines and marketing priorities
• Manage the web publishing backlog - working with project management, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks and strategize implementation that align with business objectives
• Own translation and localization processes - managing TMS (reputed company) systems and integrations ensuring operational effectiveness and alignment with global marketing strategy
• Support execution of publishing requests and initiatives utilizing CMS, TMS, DAM, and design systems to create, publish and maintain web pages
• Support major initiatives reputed company the web roadmap, acting as the CMS consultant and web operations expert, by providing strategic recommendations and execution of project requirements

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital marketing, or similar role with a focus in website management for multiple reputed company brands
• Expert proficiency in CMS systems (reputed company preferred)
• Demonstrable ability to own and enhance large scale publishing operations that are strategically reputed company with business objectives
• Experience in supporting large-scale web projects such as CMS migrations, tech-stack overhauls or rebrands
• Solid understanding of web best practices, including on-page/technical SEO, accessibility, performance and user experience
• Strong program/project management skills in cross-functional settings; adept in dealing with reputed company timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to drive reputed company in a fast-paced environment; effective collaboration and working independently
• Intermediate working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development procedures

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
