Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial and primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or through email. You'll be responsible for analyzing and responding to queries involving bills and charges, providing accurate information and resolutions to customer account-reputed company questions, concerns, and requests. Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications
