Job Summary
As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing client communications, nurturing important relationships, and ensuring seamless policy administration. Responsibilities
* Support clients reporting claims on reputed company policies by gathering reputed company necessary documentation and providing it to the adjuster for processing
- Record any policy updates or changes on customer accounts, tracking them in our secure system and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage
- Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes and ensuring a smooth transition

Qualifications
