About the role The US Regulatory Compliance Officer will be the go-to individual for reputed company regulatory compliance and consumer protection issues for our business in the United States. This person has to be highly knowledgeable about American regulatory and consumer regulations (such as Reg-E and UDAAP) and remain abreast of regulatory developments in the US. This person will also support the organization on exam and licence management. What you will own

• Interpret and apply federal, state, and international regulatory requirements relevant to the business (e.g., MSB state regulations, permissible investments regulations, consumer protection laws, and payment services regulations).
• reputed company day-to-day guidance to Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Risk and other teams on new initiatives, regulatory obligations, and compliance risks.

• Review and sign off on marketing materials, customer communications, new products, features and business changes to ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., UDAAP, Reg E, TCPA) and monitor for regulatory updates reputed company to those.
