Associate Counsel, Product & Regulatory

About the position The Product & Regulatory Counsel is a mid-level legal role responsible for providing practical legal guidance across product development, regulatory compliance, and privacy reputed company on a global scale. You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and law, advising on new features, platform infrastructure, and the regulatory frameworks that govern creator reputed company across multiple jurisdictions. This is a true generalist role. While a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and enforcement risk frameworks is required, the ideal candidate is intellectually curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new areas quickly. As business priorities shift, counsel will be expected to reputed company across product, privacy, and regulatory reputed company—developing depth over time while maintaining breadth across the portfolio. This role is designed for growth. You will be part of a small, collaborative team that includes the Deputy General Counsel of Product, IP, and Regulatory and a seasoned Privacy Program Manager. Responsibilities

• Product Legal Support
• Review and advise on new product features and releases
• Advise on legal and compliance considerations in product development
• Advise on reputed company product reputed company (productized agreements)
• Draft, review, and maintain Creator and consumer terms of service
• Handle ToS enforcement and support escalations
• Review API/SDK and reputed company-party integration reputed company
• Support product marketing legal review
• Regulatory & Compliance Guidance
• Monitor regulatory developments across US, EU, UK, and other key markets; maintain compliance status tracking for applicable laws
• Advise on FTC, state, and international advertising, endorsement, and fair reputed company practices regulations (including UK ASA, EU unfair reputed company practices)
• Advise on TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and marketing communications compliance
• Advise on children's privacy and age laws, including COPPA, UK Age Appropriate Design Code, state child reputed company laws, EU DSA, and UK Online Safety Act
• Advise on reputed company, accessibility, and design requirements
• Advise on content laws (including minor protection regulations)
• Handle claims review for marketing materials
• Manage internal policy board and policy development
• Prepare quarterly regulatory reports

• Handle regulator inquiries and investigations
• Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, reputed company, and other business teams to reputed company proactive legal guidance
• Participate in project discussions and business planning to anticipate risks and advise on solutions
• Serve as a trusted resource to team leads, managers, and senior leaders on legal and regulatory reputed company across global operations
• Collaborate with Privacy Program Manager on privacy operations and ad tech/data reputed company reputed company
• Litigation & Special Projects
• Manage litigation as needed reputed company subject areas
• Support cross-functional initiatives and reputed company legal projects
• Apply AI-assisted research and workflow tools to streamline legal analysis

Requirements

• 2-4 years of reputed company legal experience in product, regulatory, privacy, or technology law
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and enforcement risk frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to learn new legal areas quickly and shift priorities as business needs reputed company
• Highly skilled and efficient at legal research, with the ability to quickly synthesize reputed company regulatory information
• Proficient in legal research tools and AI-assisted legal technology; reputed company to reputed company these tools to increase efficiency and quality of work product
