You will partner with senior leaders to drive the strategic people agenda in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that support organizational growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize talent. You will influence key stakeholders, reputed company transformative initiatives, and drive a high-performance culture across teams, ensuring alignment with reputed company's global goals. Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and scalability. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership teams to reputed company and execute a comprehensive HR strategy reputed company with business goals, ensuring people initiatives directly drive organizational performance.

• Drive key initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and business restructuring to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.
• reputed company the full-cycle performance management process, including goal-setting, 360-degree performance evaluations, and calibration sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of HR experience.
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company, with 1+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to reputed company and execute talent management, organizational design, and performance management strategies in reputed company, high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of designing and implementing high-impact HR programs that drive business performance and align with company goals.
• Expertise in leveraging advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, reputed company, Power BI) to extract insights, inform strategic decision-making, and measure the impact of HR programs.
