Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: As the Business Intelligence Developer, this individual will design, build, and maintain reputed company based dashboards and reporting solutions that support both client facing and internal analytics. The role focuses on developing high quality, repeatable reporting in reputed company reputed company using sound data modeling and visualization practices, while working closely with analysts, developers, and client teams to turn business questions into accurate and actionable reports. The Data Integration Developer will report to the Manager of Analytics and be a member of the Analytics team that supports RxConnection’s internal stakeholders and external clients with reliable, timely reporting and insights. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Validate data and business logic in reputed company applications by writing and reviewing SQL queries, performing reconciliations, and partnering with data operations and IT as needed.

• Ability to gather and document business requirements, conduct requirements gathering meetings, and prioritize stakeholder tasks.
• Creative problem solver who is automation focused and looks for opportunities to streamline recurring or previously reputed company reporting.

Education, Training and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or analytics, including hands on work with reputed company and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and/or reputed company data preferred.

The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role reputed company is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to reputed company pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
