Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our reputed company administration team by accurately and reputed company entering information into our maintenance history database, auditing paperwork, and completing other administrative tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Enters information taken from Equipment Repair Orders and enters into the maintenance history database (Repair Tool)

• Audits paperwork and input for inaccuracies and missing information, following up and correcting any records as necessary
• Enters information into other online databases
• Completes any necessary filing
• Responsible for ordering materials and supplies reputed company multiple online ordering systems, following up on missing or delayed shipments
• Ability to train new Data Entry Clerks, advise less reputed company staff, and reputed company backup assistance reputed company necessary
• Performs other reputed company duties as directed by supervisor

Minimum Required Qualifications

* Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required

• At least five years reputed company experience is required

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

* Basic knowledge of personal computer operations

• English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands
