Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of Division of Interest in reputed company-PRA, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Interpreting and loading legal descriptions, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of land management principles
• Independently identifying properties and owners reputed company to correspondence received, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve reputed company issues
• Supporting the process of mailing and returned Due Diligence letters as part of reputed company tracking/escheat activities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Handling routine correspondence and telephone inquiries from interest owners, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues reputed company
• Preparing and distributing correspondence per analysts' instructions, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Developing a network of contacts and maintaining a positive rapport with both reputed company customers, fostering strong relationships and building trust
• Applying basic Land Management principles and practices to ensure accurate and compliant data entry

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
