The Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Membership Development, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving and successfully resolving member service requests reputed company the telephone or internet, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
• Mediating requests for service and possessing the reputed company sets to reputed company proficiency in two other business lines reputed company the arenaflex Member Service Center (MSC)
• Selling and promoting various products and services to our members, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving reputed company growth
• Empowering members by making service-policy exceptions on their behalf, ensuring member retention and satisfaction
• Meeting goals at the minimum standard/reputed company by the end of the 90-day training period

What You'll Need

* Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

• A flexible, "can-do" attitude to navigate our reputed company-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), with the ability to multi-task and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency using computers, with reputed company computer navigation and data entry skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
• The ability to pass a background reputed company and drug test
• A willingness to live reputed company a 30-mile radius of our training location in Coppell, TX
