Remote Destination Planning Specialist

We're a growing remote travel team looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join us as a Remote Destination Planning Specialist. In this role you'll work directly with clients to help them discover, plan, and book their ideal destinations, handling everything from initial research and itinerary development to booking coordination and pre-departure follow-up. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and full training provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required. Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, LATAM, or Spain

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences, travel style, and budget Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel options tailored to each client Build detailed itineraries and present well-organized destination proposals Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and experiences reputed company accurate information on destination requirements, entry documentation, and travel policies Conduct proactive follow-reputed company with clients reputed company of their departure dates Stay reputed company on destination trends, supplier offers, and travel industry updates What Were Looking For Clear, professional communicator, written and verbal Naturally curious with strong research skills and attention to detail Organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple clients independently Comfortable using digital tools, booking platforms, and online systems Customer service or hospitality background preferred, travel experience not required Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, LATAM, or Spain Technical Requirements Laptop or desktop computer.
