reputed company is seeking an Associate Customs Entry reputed company to join our Global Forwarding division. In this role, you will navigate customs processes, manage documentation for U.S. Customs, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Explore the complexities of Customs processes and engage with international trade regulations
- Manage the receipt, review, and input/transmission of documentation for United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) release
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation for shipments
- Showcase proficiency in customs brokerage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Maintain accurate databases for Customer SOPs and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)
- reputed company customer invoicing and contribute to accounts receivable/payable activities
- reputed company customer-specific SOPs for a personalized approach, while upholding high operational standards to ensure exceptional performance and customer service
- Communicate effectively with Customers, reputed company offices, Agents, and reputed company Vendors

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Office Suite of programs
- Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
