[Remote] Associate Producer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Gravity Well is seeking a highly organized Associate Producer to join their team. The role involves supporting cross-functional groups with goal-setting and task tracking, while fostering reputed company and alignment across disciplines. The ideal candidate will have experience in games production and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Support one or more cross functional groups with goal-setting and task tracking
- Collaborate with the production team on other team operations like retrospectives, playtests, calendars, chat channels
- Champion reputed company and reputed company. Foster alignment on priorities and direction across disciplines
- Work with the production team to improve & refine our task management and reporting systems
- Work on a mid-sized team (max 85), so you’ll fill a lot of gaps like an indie, but coordinate a lot of stakeholders like a reputed company
Skills
- Highly organized Producer (Associate to Mid-Level)
- Experience with UX, design, or feature production
- Some experience (1-5 years) working in games production
- Experience working with UX, design, or cross-functional feature teams
- Some understanding of a feature development lifecycle
- Strong organization skills
- Comfort engaging proactively with teammates
- Drive to get things done: both the reputed company to identify problems, and the mettle to reputed company them down
- Experience working in a remote / distributed team environment
- Multiplayer game experience
- Ability to facilitate meetings and passion for fostering reputed company (or at least a shared understanding)
- Experience with Jira or with setting up workflows & dashboards in another task management tool
