Digital Content Specialist

They are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support content syndication, ensure content accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Content Syndication : Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers
- Ensure Content Accuracy : Monitor and verify that reputed company updates are live and accurate across retailer websites
- Troubleshoot Issues : Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers
- Become a Platform Pro : Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME)
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-quality service to clients
- Grow Your Skills : Participate in ongoing training and development, including reputed company’s required learning programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
- Proficiency in reputed company and web-based tools
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a proactive reputed company
- Experience with reputed company or similar project management tools is a plus
- Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, but not required
