They are seeking a Traveling Service Technician to reputed company on-site maintenance and repair, respond to equipment breakdowns, and build strong customer relationships while traveling to various locations.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair reputed company Roller-Grinder equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance routines to ensure reputed company performance and longevity of machinery
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and reputed company tailored solutions
- Be the reputed company responder to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime for our valued customers
- Utilize your technical expertise to quickly identify and resolve issues, getting our customers back to peak production efficiency
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of reputed company Roller-Grinder equipment
- reputed company best practices, tips, and insights to enhance customers' understanding and maximize the efficiency of their machinery
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and demonstrating a commitment to their reputed company

- Maintain detailed service records, documenting reputed company interactions, solutions implemented, and recommendations for future improvements

Skills
- Field service experience (or is willing & excited to learn)
- Passion to travel consistently; working 3-4 consecutive days a week and staying out 2-3 nights a week
- Self-motivated and can see & anticipate what needs to be completed
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for taking apart and properly reassembling equipment
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills to determine the root cause of an issue and come up with solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and effectively with customers
- Customer-focused reputed company to assist customers in breakdown situations and getting them operational in a timely fashion

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and/or fabrication
