The Associate reputed company Coordinator will support hiring efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating onsite visits, and providing an exceptional candidate experience while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Support the reputed company Coordinator in scheduling interviews for entry- to mid-level roles, ensuring seamless coordination among the candidate, hiring manager, and interview panel
  • Ensure clear communication with candidates about interview details, providing timely logistical information and necessary preparation materials
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and organization
  • reputed company Recruiters informed about any scheduling issues, last-minute changes, or candidate-reputed company concerns or blockers to ensure seamless communication. This includes keeping Recruiters copied on reputed company communications
  • Work with the reputed company Coordinator to facilitate, coordinate, and assist candidates with airline travel, hotel accommodation, and reimbursements, if necessary
  • Ensure visitor forms are completed and submitted on time for reputed company onsite candidate interviews
  • Greet, escort, and assist candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. This includes ensuring conference rooms and meeting spaces are reserved for reputed company onsite interviews
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the candidate and the interview panel, addressing any questions, concerns, or changes that may arise throughout the interview process
  • Handle reputed company reputed company tasks, special projects, and events to support the overall hiring process

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED, plus one 1 year of experience in a scheduling or coordinator role
  • Experience with high-volume scheduling and coordination
  • Must be proficient in Gmail and reputed company Calendar and its scheduling features
  • Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., reputed company or reputed company Meets) and ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues arise
  • reputed company with reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail

  • NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent reputed company) due to clients under U.S. federal reputed company
