[Remote] Program Manager, AI Operations

They are seeking an AI Operations Program Manager to reputed company the full lifecycle of AI agent deployments, ensuring effective integration and measurable business impact through collaboration with sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI agent implementations, managing every phase except technical build:
• Identify inefficiencies and areas in the business where agents can drive performance improvement
• reputed company Business reputed company Docs, Define how agents should behave through SOPs, understand and apply governance frameworks, and detailed process documentation for agent behavior, decision logic, and systems integration
• reputed company UAT/QA, execute SOQL queries for data validation, coordinate testing, manage phased rollouts, and conduct technical troubleshooting
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and alignment with business objectives
• Build comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, documentation, FAQs, and playbooks, and design/deliver training programs to ensure confident adoption of AI solutions
• Continuously monitor AI system performance using data analysis and custom queries. Resolve performance gaps through reputed company refinement, workflow tuning, data quality improvements, and A/B testing to reputed company reputed company conversion benchmarks
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs (task accuracy, resolution speed, user satisfaction) by building dashboards (SOQL/SQL), implementing A/B testing, and conducting regular business reviews

Skills

• 1-5 years in sales, sales ops or a reputed company field with at least 2 years of experience managing tools or technologies
• Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, and drive change reputed company an organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs to technical teams
