They are seeking an Associate Product reputed company to support the development of patient engagement and care coordination platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
- Help track reputed company of features from development through launch
- Learn the patient reputed company and identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve communication
- Support improvements to patient-facing tools and internal workflows
- Help document and understand reputed company’s care coordination and call center workflows
- Assist in translating operational needs into product requirements for call center and telephony tools (e.g., reputed company, ContactCenter)
- Contribute reputed company to improve agent efficiency and system integrations
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to support feature development
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Help define and track reputed company metrics for features
- Assist with user research, feedback collection, and basic data analysis to inform product reputed company
Skills
- 1-2 years of product management, product operations, business analysis, or a reputed company role
- Direct experience working in the reputed company industry is required
- An understanding of HIPAA and patient data regulations is essential
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company information reputed company to a variety of audiences
- Must be reputed company to commute to NYC based office, although this is a hybrid role
- Exposure to call center tools, CRM systems, or telephony platforms
