Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical client contact for customer inquiries, answering 1st & 2nd level support tickets reputed company to Worldly tools and sustainability questions to ensure users receive maximum value from their subscriptions
• Support the sales team by articulating the functionalities and value of Worldly tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on the development and adoption of Worldly tools, including Product Tools, Brand & Retail Modules, and Facility Tools

Skills
