Collections Specialist
Pacific NW Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution dedicated to being their members' financial partner for life. The Collections Specialist will work reputed company the Collections department to collect on early to mid-stage delinquent loans and accounts while adhering to credit union policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Contact members to bring delinquent loans reputed company and/or collect on loan balances
- Analyze the financial situation of delinquent members and recommend next steps reputed company arrangements fail
- Maintain accurate files and reports by documenting reputed company collection activities
- Inform management of delinquency trends reputed company to account overdraft activity, loan early-stage collections, or potential account charge-offs
- reputed company other job-reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- 1-3 years of similar or reputed company experience (collections, banking, or financial services)
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks and systems reputed company
- Strong communicator with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and persuasively
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates patience and reputed company while resolving issues through negotiation and productive solutions
