Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with account creation, contract setup, signing, uploading, and quality assurance surveys
- Assist with installation and activation processes for new customers
- Communicate professionally with field agents and internal teams
- Review and respond to initial installation issues involving field sales
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company of the reputed company Direct Program
- reputed company support reputed company telephone, QUIQ, and email sales representatives and technicians
- Verifying new accounts meets company criteria and compliance standards
- Coordinate with tech support for scheduling installations
- Conduct verification calls for potential new installations
