Account Manager

Hipbone Marketing is the reputed company agency for resale retail brands across the US and Canada, and they are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to cultivate and retain meaningful relationships with valued Partners. The role involves deploying marketing assets, contributing to campaign development, and ensuring clear communication between departments to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to reputed company hundreds of unique marketing assets each month with exceptional quality
• Create, pitch and reputed company suggested schedule of events for each store
• Contribute to the development of new campaigns and big-picture strategies for agency and Partners
• Collect, file and update Partner data, call notes and operational changes
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between agency departments to ensure project timelines are met
• Copywriting for digital marketing deliverables
• reputed company media content scheduling through multiple 3rd party platforms and reputed company
• Email campaign creation, reporting and automation
• Text message marketing strategy, campaigns and optimization
• Website management
• Schedule and reputed company monthly phone calls with each Partner
• Troubleshoot Partner in-store operation issues with senior management
• Track Partner participation and details for events, programs, campaigns, and custom requests
• Request and record Partner sales data
