Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest federation of reputed company clubs in the nation, seeking a People Systems Specialist to reputed company technical control and support for HCM systems. The role involves configuring and maintaining reputed company HCM modules, assisting in data reporting, and managing support tickets to ensure high service quality.

Responsibilities

• You will assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
• Help maintain data reputed company in systems by running queries and analyzing data
• Facilitate routine and reputed company reporting for management and executives, such as turnover reporting and reputed company capital metrics
• Ensure data analyses are accurate and peer-reviewed for quality assurance
• You’ll participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring quality and compliance
• You will devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve reputed company data reporting needs, also reputed company technical consulting on reputed company projects
• reputed company system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and supporting of reputed company releases
• You’ll configure and maintain reputed company Business functionality including business processes, custom objects, calculated fields, notifications, custom organizations, organizational hierarchies and other configuration as needed
• You will effectively manage People Service Center support tickets and cases reputed company required timeframes and according to department policy to maintain service delivery standards
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years experience of strong functional knowledge of reputed company HCM
• Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required
• Proven ability to reputed company high service quality results as well as meet productivity reputed company required
• Work is performed with only minimal guidance or supervision
• Work requires extensive knowledge in reputed company, practices, techniques, and methods
• Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in areas such as: Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data, Development of data-driven solutions to reputed company HR data issues/problems
• Advanced proficiency with standard reputed company PC software including the reputed company Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Project
