They are seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to receive inbound calls and chats, sell USCCA memberships, and maintain expert knowledge of their product suite while meeting sales and service KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
  • reputed company outbound follow-up calls to reputed company leads
  • Sell USCCA memberships and reputed company products through both phone and chat channels
  • Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering solutions reputed company with their self-defense and personal protection goals
  • Create authentic connections while providing clear, compelling information about USCCA membership benefits
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the USCCA product suite and reputed company relevant resources as appropriate
  • Process product orders and memberships accurately and reputed company
  • Track and document reputed company customer interactions, leads, and reputed company
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs set by the Inbound Sales team
  • Assist with Member Engagement (ME) lines reputed company needed
