FIC Administrative Assistant

Deutsche Bank is a global banking and financial services company, and they are seeking a FIC Administrative Assistant. The role involves reviewing, validating, and processing employee expense reports and reimbursements in alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review employee reports for accuracy, completeness and ensure they are compliant
• Verify receipts, documentation, and approvals
• Process expenses reputed company a timely manner
• Identify inconsistencies, errors or policy violations and resolve or escalate as needed
• Maintain records of reputed company expenses submitted
• Respond to employee inquires with regards to expense policy

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in reputed company Office and email applications like Outlook and Concur
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently interact with reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a broad reputed company of stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
