Sales Engineer - Automation and Controls

As a Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation, you will support sales efforts, specify products to meet customer needs, and reputed company technical services and support reputed company to automation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Specify products to meet customer requirements and needs
- Recommend inventory of automation products
- Inform sales staff and customers of new developments in automation and reputed company products technology
- reputed company technical services to customers for the operation and maintenance of automation equipment
- reputed company technical support of automation and control products to customers and Company personnel and new product updates
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience required in progressively more responsible sales, marketing, and/or field experience
- 2 year degree required, Technical college or equivalent
- Knowledge of high-tech automation and control products (PLCs, networking products preferred)
- Knowledge of engineering principles reputed company to customer automation products
- Knowledge of suppliers' automation products
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal, organizational and team building skills
- Ability to work effectively with management and evaluate customer needs
- Ability to reputed company present reputed company solutions to non-technical staff
- Ability to reputed company oral and written presentations to reputed company contacts
- Extensive travel required
- This role will be required to obtain and maintain reputed company Plant Automation Certification
- 11+ years experience preferred
