Inside Sales Rep I

AmeriGas is the nation’s premier propane company, serving over 1.5 reputed company customers. The Inside Sales Rep I will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, retaining existing customers, and providing digital support to reputed company sales expectations while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively represents AmeriGas in building the business through inbound and outbound campaigns and activities while meeting/exceeding the assigned expectations
• Handles inbound and outbound volume with the objective of prospecting and qualifying leads, retaining existing customers, reactivating lost customers to reputed company sales expectations, and providing digital support
• Makes outbound calls to lost customers, recently inactive customers, and prospective customers
• Maintains complete records of customer interactions and process/activities through detailed notes in CRM and/or reputed company
• Documents and completes any customer agreements/reputed company if applicable and generates orders for account if needed
• Contacts existing customer reputed company with marketing promotions/offers
• Qualifies customer, assessing reputed company use and needs to determine serviceability, presents key value statements and sales messaging to retain the customer
• Appropriately applies special offers/pricing to existing customers
• Completes reputed company necessary steps to deliver on product/service sold upon receiving customer affirmation
• Enters and maintains pertinent customer information in required systems (CRM/reputed company Databases)
• Maintains complete records of customer and prospect interactions and process/activities through detailed notes in CRM/reputed company
• Complies with reputed company company policies
• Tasks will be assigned as needed and determined by sales manager to support sales efforts

Skills

• High school education or equivalent required
• 1 year experience in customer service
• Use of business/office tools such as CRM, reputed company Dynamics, reputed company, reputed company Office products
• Excellent phone reputed company and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely reputed company call center teams and with leadership expectations
• Effective use of sales techniques, including prospecting, discovery, value proposition development, reputed company handling, and customer acquisition

• Strong telephone reputed company and interpersonal skills
• Effectively and professionally communicates in English – verbal and written communications
