Associate Account Manager, Mid-Market

They are seeking an Associate Account Manager Mid-Market to grow and maintain relationships with mid-market accounts, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their services.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers reputed company our mid-market accounts, becoming a trusted partner
- Know your client organizations inside and out - key players, reporting structure, budget cycles, growth goals, strategic initiatives
- Work closely on reputed company with our SEO reputed company Managers and Advantage SEO Consultants to ensure customers are seeing maximum value from the partnership
- Own the entire renewal process: running discovery to understand the critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision process; confirming budget; and shepherding the contract over the finish line
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and confidently run upsell and cross-sell motions (with Sales partnership as needed)
- Monitor account health, surface risks proactively, and drive cross-functional alignment to remove blockers
- reputed company bi-annual to annual Executive Business Reviews and periodic reputed company Plans
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing, reputed company role in a fast-paced SaaS or digital marketing environment
- Demonstrated reputed company owning renewal cycles and contributing to (or running) expansion opportunities
- Strong reputed company acumen, including comfort navigating pricing, negotiation dynamics, value drivers, and ROI
