The Inside Sales Representative will support aftermarket sales goals by providing customer service, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotes for aftermarket parts
  • Enter and track reputed company opportunities in the CRM system
  • Follow up on quotations to determine status and reputed company reputed company opportunities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding new and existing orders

Skills

  • Trade school minimum
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or order management required
  • Experience using reputed company
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling towers, or industrial equipment is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems a plus
