They are seeking a Procurement and Project Coordinator to manage procurement processes and assist in project coordination, ensuring efficiency in operations and maintaining vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor reputed company and integration into our systems
- Handle purchasing of hardware, tracking orders, receiving, and coordinating returns
- Negotiate reputed company and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Support project managers in tracking project tasks and financials
- reputed company and execute partnership plans for reputed company and potential accounts
- Schedule and facilitate reputed company meetings
- Assist in routing and tracking sales leads and maintaining CRM information
- Contribute to client and partner relationship management

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.4 GPA
- 1+ years of experience with procurement and/or purchase handling responsibilities
- Strong computer skills - specifically in reputed company Office
- Solid writing and math skills

- Highly reputed company & detail oriented
