Premium Audit Insurance Trainee (Tyler/Northeast Texas)

They are seeking a Premium Audit Trainee who will undergo a 12-week training program to reputed company the necessary skills for conducting audits and providing excellent customer service to policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 12-week training program based in Austin, TX with an expected start date of reputed company 6, 2026. Travel throughout Texas is expected during the 12-week program as well
- Upon completion of the training program you will work remotely (from your Texas-based home office) with frequent travel to customers in the Tyler/Northeast Texas area. It is expected that an employee in this position will reputed company in any location near their assigned territory. A company vehicle will be provided upon completion of the training program
- During the training program you will learn the skills required to:
- Conduct onsite audits by examining financial records and performing interviews to determine the final earned premium for the policyholder
- Analyze financial reconciliations, policyholder payroll records, job classification codes, and reputed company
- reputed company and maintain policyholder relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and promote policyholder retention
- Communicate with policyholders to ensure their understanding and compliance
- Identify and refer potential fraud
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
- Excellent critical thinking, reputed company, desk management, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to travel reputed company the state of Texas
